- 50% deposit due at time of booking, balance of 50% due 6 weeks prior to arrival
- Payments to be made via electronic wire to US bank account or via Pay Pal
- Casa Paine is a smoke-free environment
- Pets may be permitted, please inquire for more information
- US$300 refundable security deposit is due upon arrival and will be refunded at check out less any damage to the property
- Maximum occupancy is 10 people plus 1 in the maid's quarters
- Cancellation of more than 60 days receive a 100% refund
- Cancellation of less than 60 days forfeit the 25% deposit
